All items sold at Big Thrifts are pre-loved, thrifted, or second-hand.

All brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the brands whose products appear on our site.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders must be confirmed with full or partial payment at checkout.

We accept:

  • UPI

  • Debit/Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Mobile Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.)

  • Partial Cash on Delivery ( Partial COD )

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched the next business day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Estimated delivery times:

  • North India: 3–5 working days

  • East & South India: 5–7 working days

  • West India: 3–5 working days

Tracking info will be shared via email or SMS after dispatch.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the second-hand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if an item arrives damaged or significantly differs from the description, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos for resolution.

6. Condition & Authenticity

All items at Big Thrifts are carefully curated and may show minor signs of previous use (e.g., slight fading, loose threads, or small marks).

We do not sell counterfeit or replica items. All branded items are genuine, pre-owned products sold under the first-sale doctrine.

7. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Violate any intellectual property rights

  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the platform
